1.The main body and heating jacket of the sterilizer are made of high-quality stainless steel (30408, 316L) materials, and the main body of the vessel is welded by plasma automatic welding,Box body weld 100%RT four grade inspection qualified;
2.The sterilizer has a GMP standard verification port, which is convenient for users to carry out relevant verification;
3.The sealed door adopts electric lifting and compressed gas sealing technology, which is safe interlocking, single door single seal (different areas are isolated from each other);
4.The sterilizer has mechanically forced vacuum and gravity sweeping displacement technology, using saturated steam to pressure sterilize a variety of items;
5.The high temperature gas is condensed or mixed and cooled by the heat exchanger, and vacuum air return system adopts 0.22μm sterilization filter;
6.The control system adopts PLC, touch screen and micro printer. The control system is stable and accurate;
7.It has perfect data recording, printing and saving functions, and can print temperature, time and pressure curves.
