Eo Sterilizer Provides a complete sterilization solution with Lifting Door 

1. Chamber structure: The main body of the chamber is welded by the liner ,door frame ,heating water jacket,covered by heat preservation layer and outer plate.
2. Heating method:Hexahedron heating method and combine the grouping and adjustable way to guarantee the heating rate and temperature uniformity.
3. Components ,pipes and accessories: All pipes ,which would connect ethylene oxide gas are made of stainless steel 304,and all of the sealing gaskets and seals which would connect EO gas are made of silicone rubber.
4. Sealing door:The sterilization cabinet door moves up and down under the action of the cylinder, and the double door is hydraulically lifted; The sealing of the door adopts silicone rubber inner inflatable sealing ring; Nitrogen filling, with a check valve, no leakage when power off and gas cut-off, no need to apply oil, no need to vacuum when opening the door, and air pressure monitoring function.
